On the twelfth, and highest floor, has a large bath area, called "Kachinoyu".  The water used in the tub is their "super-"soft water (water has a very low calcium and magnesium). It has moisturizing, skin-healing effects, and helps prevent you from getting chills when you get out.

The services offered differ between the men's and women's baths. In the women's, there is the "fruit bath" (5am-10am from Thursday to Sunday), where seasonal fruits are placed in the tub. In the men's bath, there are blocks of Japanese cypress(*1), which fill the room with their aroma.

By the way, you can only enter the men's bath with a card key, and the women's bathroom requires a password. Security is tight; you can't get in without swiping your card on the reader.

The cards can also be used in the elevators; only guests can access any of the hotel's services.

Their breakfast menu is unique as well. With tons of fillings, and a new miso soup every day, as well as Japanese sides, breads, salads, and desserts, the breakfast smorgasbord is fantastic.

Not only do you get your dose of "Japan", in the morning, but it's also a great way to stock up on energy for the day.
