1. Narita Shuttle Ikebukuro Line (LCB: low-cost highway bus)

The Narita Shuttle Ikebukuro Line is a convenient bus that directly connects Narita Airport and the west exit of Ikebukuro Station in as little as 80 minutes.

The normal fare is 1,900 yen for adults, but if you purchase the early bird plan online 24 hours before departure, it will be 1,500 yen for adults.

Also, if you miss your flight, it will be canceled free of charge, so you don't have to worry even if your flight is delayed.

2. Tokyo Airport Transport (limousine bus)

Tokyo Airport Transport operates direct buses to various facilities in the Ikebukuro area.

Sunshine City is less than a 10-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, so we recommend the limousine bus for customers with large luggage. The fare is 3,200 yen for adults.

3. Railway (Skyliner, JR Yamanote Line)

Rail access is the most punctual and fastest. From Narita Airport to Nippori, take the Skyliner operated by Keisei Electric Railway for 2,570 yen (minimum 36 minutes) for adults. From Nippori to Ikebukuro, take the JR Yamanote Line for 180 yen for adults (about 13 minutes).

The Skyliner runs every 20 minutes throughout the day, so you can rest easy.

From March 2022, the Narita Express will no longer run directly to Ikebukuro. Please note that if you take the Narita Express to Ikebukuro, you will need to change trains at Tokyo or Shinjuku.
