LE MUSEE DE H is located on a coast of the area of Wakura Hot Spring. The simple design of black, straight lines, and square shapes of the building makes it look gorgeous and modern. Inside the building, the side walls are all made of huge glasses so that you can feel like you are on the surface of the water. You can enjoy the sense of space here with the shiny reflected light from the sun.
It will be a nice idea to sit on a side of a glass wall here. You can see the Noto peninsula across the sea. The perfect ocean view form the café, LE MUSEE DE H definitely attracts people to come visit this place.
Besides this café, there is Tujiguchi Hironobu Museum, where you can see Tujiguchi’s perspective of art. On the second floor, there is a space that you can enjoy the view of the sea. If it’s sunny, you can see the clear view of Noto Peninsula and a bridge from the second floor, which makes you feel like you are a part of the nature with the gentle waves and blue sky.
As if a jewelry box, 30 kinds of different sweets.
You have to order your sweets form the showcase first before you sit on a table at this café. There are thirty different kinds of artistic cakes.
Many of the ingredients of these cakes are produced in Ishikawa. For example, they only use milk produced in Noto peninsula. Also, they are particular about the fat content of the milk that is different by seasons, so they study the amount of fat content of Noto milk and decide what kinds of recipe they can make. He has a strong preference for his ingredients.
Masterpiece of Tsujiguchi, Selavi
One of the recommended sweets is his masterpiece, Selavi. It ‘s a pistachio sponge cake covered with white chocolate mousse. The raspberry on top of the cake is a good accent. The soft texture of the white chocolate mousse and the flavor of pistachio is the perfect match that goes well with the sourness of the raspberry. It brings you the feeling of excellent melt in the mouth.
If you come to Ishikawa, why not visit LE MUSEE DE H and have a treat for yourself?
