Steam food baths are foot baths where you put your feet into hot steam. Steam here is created by hot spring water.
Like a picture above, you roll your jeans up to your knee and open a lid of the foot bath then put your feet into the holes. You might want to cover spaces between your legs and a foot bath with your towel to prevent the hot steam from escaping out of the foot bath. It is good for your body if you let your feet steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Hot Steam from spring water makes your skim smoother and more moisturized. It is not that easy to find placeswhere you can have a steam foot bath in Japan. Don’t miss this chance if you visit here. The steam foot bath is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m..
