NAKED FLOWERS 2023 Autumn: World Heritage Site Nijo-jo Castle

This autumn, NAKED invites you to the world of digital art at this beautiful location. Dynamic projection mapping shows at the Karamon main gate and the Inner Moat—both designated Important Cultural Properties—are sights you cannot miss! The event includes a special collaborative art installation with Ikenobo, Japan’s renown school of ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement) that showcases a modern take on the traditional art form. In the food and beverages area, built as a traditional Japanese teahouse, Kyoto-based tea brand “Fukujuen” will provide matcha-themed drinks and sweets to enjoy the alongside the autumn foliage at Nijo-jo Castle.
