Tomei Park

Tomei Park is known as the northernmost Yoshino cherry tree colony in Japan. Events are held in the spring, where you can enjoy spring surrounded by cherry blossoms, light up cherry blossoms at night, and fireworks, which attract many people every year. Tomei Park is home to around 2,000 cherry blossom trees, including Yoshino cherry, Ezoyamazakura, Chishimazakura, and Yaezakura, each of which blooms at different times, making it a spot where you can enjoy the cherry blossoms for a long time. In addition, approximately 5,000 azaleas bloom in spring, the lotus in the pond blooms in summer, and in autumn it becomes a spot for autumn leaves, showing off the expressions of each of the four seasons to the delight of visitors.
