Relaxing guest room Furusatomura Crafts Center

The guest room Furusatomura Crafts Museum is located in the Omachi hot spring village, surrounded by green forests and has been a popular base for mountain climbing in the Japanese Alps for a long time. The altitude is 820m. The area is conveniently located, with many sightseeing spots such as Kurobe Dam that are perfect for traveling and mountain climbing. The Uehara ruins with stone circles from the Jomon period, Lake Kizaki, Mt. Jigatake, and Kashimayari ski resort are also nearby. The main building was built in 1963. Inside the museum, there are many artifacts on display, including ukiyo-e prints from the Edo period and works by artists connected to Omachi, which we hope will add a touch of history to your trip. In winter, you can enjoy reading books from the collection in front of the wood-burning stove.
