This ramen shop specializes in "tori potage," a potage soup that is packed with the flavors of chicken and 10 kinds of vegetables. Instead of chemical seasonings, we use plenty of ingredients to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. You can choose from three levels of soup concentration: thick, creamy, and smooth. Enjoy the crisp thin noodles and the mellow, creamy "tori potage" soup, which is rich yet refreshing. Cheese risotto, made by combining the remaining soup with rice and Parmesan cheese, is also popular! In addition to ramen, we also offer tsukemen. For tsukemen, we use medium-thick noodles that are carefully kneaded by hand. You can also change the noodles to "konnyaku noodles," which are great for those on a diet or who are concerned about carbohydrates and calories!
