Katsuren Castle Ruins

It is the oldest of Okinawa's Gusuku castles that are registered as World Heritage Sites, and the remains of a relatively large building measuring 17 meters wide and 14.5 meters long have been discovered in the second enclosure. Although it is located on the east coast of Okinawa's main island, the curved castle walls look beautiful when illuminated by the setting sun.
