MAKI THE RAMEN

MAKI THE RAMEN was founded in 2016 in Saga City, Saga Prefecture, and is a ramen restaurant that sells tonkotsu ramen and original ramen. The veggie pota ramen, made with rare vegetables and pork bones, changes with the seasons [tomatoes in spring, asparagus in summer, pumpkin in autumn, shiitake mushrooms in winter, and burdock]. We offer five different types. This flavor was developed after much trial and error, taking advantage of the characteristics of each vegetable and changing the ratio of vegetables to pork bones, the concentration of pork bones, and the cooking method. Not only is the ramen visually appealing, but the interior is also stylish, making it an easy place for women to drop in.
