Sanriku Fireworks Competition 2024

The Sanriku Fireworks Competition 2024 is a large-scale fireworks event to be held at Takada Matsubara Sports Park in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture. It will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024, with the opening time at 12:00 and the fireworks launching time scheduled for 18:00 to 19:30. More than 15,000 fireworks will be launched at the competition, with the largest size being 10-go (1 shakudama). This event will be held as a "competition" where fireworks companies and fireworks makers from all over the country compete with each other. In addition to the fireworks entertainment show, original fireworks will be launched, so spectators can enjoy a variety of fireworks.
