The Bakery with No Name(Namae ga nai Pan-ya)

Opened in May 2021, this retro-style bakery is themed around traditional Japanese aesthetics. Our menu features nostalgic items like fried bread and kouign-amann, as well as seasonal vegetable breads filled with Hokkaido specialties such as zunda (sweet edamame paste) and pumpkin anko. A selection that both adults and children can enjoy.
