Eating creates the future. A restaurant that envisions the future of the region and food. It is a return to Japan's rice-based food culture, something that modern people have almost forgotten. "Feasts for the Future" is based on the theme of creating the future of ourselves, producers, the region, Japan, and the planet through food. We offer dishes that focus on wholesome ingredients, including organic vegetables and other organic ingredients, gluten-free options, and antibiotic-free meat. We serve mainly vegetables sourced directly from familiar producers we've met in the various places we've visited. Home cooking was once an everyday occurrence.
