Kanmangafuchi

This is a small valley created by the eruption of Mt. Nantai. There is a legend that the number of Jizo statues on the riverbank, about 70 in number, changes every time you count them. On the opposite bank from the Jizo statues is a botanical garden, where you can enjoy seasonal scenery.
