The Imaizumi Kita district of Rikuzentakata City was once a residential area. Rikuzentakata Watami Organic Land opens as an experiential organic farming theme park in this land that was severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake! A farm, workshop, shop, restaurant, and music hall are set up on a vast 23ha of land with the theme of an organic, recycling-oriented society and life towards 2040. We aim to be a facility where you can have fun while learning through hands-on experiences. . In the greenhouse and BBQ, you can enjoy a three-horse wooden house where you can experience growing and harvesting leafy vegetables, and BBQ using meat (beef, pork, chicken) from local Iwate Prefecture.
