Naganuma Hot Spring

Naganuma Town is located at the southern end of the Ishikari Plain, and is a wonderful town surrounded by nature, with 80% of the town being vast countryside and 20% being hills. Just 2.5 km from the center of town, there is Naganuma Onsen, where nearly 2,000 liters of sodium-chloride strong salt springs flow out every minute. The area around this hot spring, which is 32km from Sapporo, or about an hour's drive, is located on a slightly elevated plateau overlooking the Ishikari Plain.
