The pasta from Anesi, the oldest pasta brand in Italy, is made with Teflon dough (a characteristic of the pasta shape), which gives it a smooth and pleasant texture, and has a bouncy texture. We offer tomato sauce, cream sauce, and Japanese pasta such as Pietro's specialty soy sauce sauce and cod roe sauce, as well as pasta with a choice of ingredients and sauce.
