Founded in 1625, this is the sake brewery with the longest history in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Located in a castle town 5-10 minutes by car from tourist attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle, and Chaya District, the brewery produces and sells a wide range of products, including Fukumasamune, Kaga Tobi, and Kuroobi, as well as premium sake, long-aged sake, rice shochu, and liqueurs, and also develops fermented foods and fermented cosmetics. There are directly managed stores in Tokyo and Kanazawa, but this Kanazawa store handles all of the company's own products and has the widest selection.
