Tontei is a restaurant serving Aizu's traditional sauced pork cutlet and tonkatsu. Why is sauced pork cutlet so delicious...? The key to the flavor is the "special homemade sauce" that we have been using since the restaurant first opened. We have been adding more sauce since the restaurant opened in 1972, so the pork cutlet juices and fat blend together in the sauce pot, creating this flavor. This "mellow and creamy" flavor is unique to sauced pork cutlet and tonkatsu. In a Japanese-style interior, you can enjoy our delicious pork cutlets, which we are proud of.
