With the exception of dried sardines ramen, the menu changes every day in limited quantities. This is a popular store that often has lines forming even before opening time. Instead of regular pork fillet, we use pork fillet cooked at a low temperature, and its soft and juicy taste is what keeps our regulars coming back.
