Hakatadama

Hakatadama is a tonkotsu ramen specialty restaurant that opened in 2014 in Ohashi, a sub-center of Fukuoka City. The restaurant has perfected Hakata ramen, a dish enjoyed daily by the people of Hakata, and has followed the royal road of Hakata with a style of changing in order to stay the same, making it the restaurant's specialty. The tonkotsu soup is boiled every day, and the noodles are homemade, taking into account the weather and temperature to create the perfect soup. Owner Kodama says that "homemade noodles are for the customers," and that the most rewarding part is providing ramen at the lowest possible price and having many customers eat it, so we hope you will try his ramen not just once, but many times.
