Nakamise Shopping Street

Nakamise Shopping Street, just a short walk from Atami Station, is an arcade street that is approximately 100 meters long and has a Showa-era atmosphere. Stores selling fresh seafood and local specialty products are lined up, making it perfect for eating around the place or looking for souvenirs. In particular, dried fish, hot spring manju and local sweets are popular, making them loved not only by tourists but also by locals.
