The tofu, made with meticulous care from early in the morning, is exquisite. The pure water of Kuni no Sato and the stone mill used since the Taisho era further enhance the flavor. You can enjoy dishes such as zaru tofu (tofu served in a bamboo basket), fried tofu with soy milk, and, in winter, piping hot yudofu (boiled tofu). This is another popular restaurant with many repeat customers who travel from afar.
