Settsukuni Ichinomiya Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine

Sumiyoshi Taisha is one of Japan's representative shrines located near Osaka Bay, and is the headquarters of 2,300 shrines nationwide. With a history of over 1800 years, the main shrine is considered to be one of the oldest shrine buildings of this type and is designated as a national treasure. The precincts are filled with spiritual energy and include the symbolic Sori Bridge, treasures and cultural assets, and camphor trees that are over 1,000 years old. Visitors can feel the history and solemn atmosphere of the shrine.
