Lost Item Delivery

Lost items on your trip to Japan will be delivered on behalf of the "Forgotten Items Search Team". If you can't check it yourself, such as accommodation facilities, rental cars, golf courses, amusement parks, etc., please let us know where you left it and we can check it for you. Please leave everything necessary for overseas delivery, such as content confirmation documents, customs clearance data creation, delivery slips, packing, tracking surveys, receipt on behalf of customers, insurance availability, etc.
