Roadside station Seishunosato

Michi-no-Eki Seishu-no-Sato is a park and facility established in a place related to Seishu Hanaoka, a surgeon who boasts of Wakayama. At Shunrinken, Seishu Hanaoka's residence and clinic, you can see the surgical tools and records that Seishu Hanaoka actually used, as well as the state of surgery at the time. The Flower Hill Museum has a restaurant where you can enjoy local vegetables in a buffet style, and you can appreciate seasonal flowers and herbs in the Fureai Park that spreads out below. There is also an e-bike rental cycle.
