Akekure-no-Iwaya Sea Cave

This sea cave, created by Mother Nature, stretches 250 m in length. After passing through the narrow, dark tunnel, you will be greeted by the cobalt blue sea. Depending on the conditions of the waves and wind, it is said that the sightseeing boat can go through the sea cave about once in three times. If you are lucky enough and have the opportunity to go through the sea cave, it is said that you will be blessed with good luck, wealth, longevity and happiness. The cobalt blue sea in Akekure-no-Iwaya sea cave is said to be as beautiful as the Blue Grotto on the island of Capri, Italy. *Akekure-no-Iwaya sea cave is only accessible by sightseeing boat and cannot be seen from land.
