Morioka Jajamen Hakuryu

Hakuryu was founded in 1952 and is Morioka City's most representative jajangmen shop. This jajangmyeon originated from street food stalls before World War II, and then merged with local flavors to create the current classic flavor. Customers can add seasonings such as chili oil and garlic paste according to their preference. After you finish eating Jajangmyeon, before leaving the restaurant in a hurry, ask the staff to add an egg to the bowl, and it will become "egg soup." Drinking the mild egg soup after the slightly strong flavor of jajangmyeon is the perfect combination.
