You can enjoy the liveliness of teppanyaki cooked right in front of you and a variety of dishes, mainly French cuisine, in a casual "bistronomy" style. We offer a course menu that mainly uses Shinshu ingredients, which can only be tasted here, as well as a la carte dishes that can be enjoyed casually with wine.
