Watching skilled artisans create exceptional beer that brings people together, fosters community, and even shapes the identity of a town was nothing short of inspiring. It was there that our love for brewing was born. Now, we dream of establishing our own brewery in Inami, Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture—a place imbued with a spirit that inspires beauty and invigorates the soul. Drawing from the expertise of a former wine brewer and embracing small-batch brewing methods, we aim to craft unique beverages that embody the “terroir” of this region—a deep connection to the land and the people who shape its culture.
