Suminamata Ichiya Castle Ruins Park

Sunomata Ichiya Castle Ruins Park is a historic park and has been maintained in honor of the Sunomata Ichiya Castle, which was said to have been built overnight by Toyotomi Hideyoshi during the Sengoku period. Currently, there is a castle-like museum called "Sumamata Ichiya Castle (Ogaki City Historical Museum), where you can learn about Hideyoshi's strategies and history. Approximately 1,000 cherry blossoms bloom in full bloom in spring, and the lights are also lit up at night.
