It is the only shop in the country to carry the entire Daitoku Soy Sauce lineup (excluding some commercial-grade products), and the in-store "soy sauce bar" allows you to taste any products that interest you. The natural and organic corner on the first floor is filled with a wide selection of carefully selected additive-free products from all over the country. Enjoy discovering gentle ingredients that are close to your daily life. In the cafe space, we offer special experiences that can only be enjoyed here, such as "soy sauce cake" made by the store manager, who is also a pastry chef, and "raw egg on rice" made with free-range eggs and pesticide-free stork rice.
