With a view of the scenic Amanohashidate behind the window, you can enjoy special, original rice bowls made with the bounty of Miyazu Bay. The Tango Otakara Donburi, featuring Miyazu-grown akamoku seaweed, known as a superfood, is a seafood bowl inspired by the meals provided to fishermen, with a base of raw egg on rice. The recommended way to eat it is to savor one piece of fresh sashimi, then mix the rest together and enjoy it in a hearty meal. In the winter, yellowtail shabu-shabu is popular.
