◆ Tax Refund is available when the combined total of receipts issued by the same store on the same day is ¥5,500 or more (including tax).

※ The coupon can still be used even if a single purchase is less than ¥5,500 (including tax).
※ The combined total is calculated after applying the coupon discount.

◆ Receipts from different dates or different stores cannot be combined.

◆ To receive a refund, customers must present all purchased items for customs inspection at the airport or seaport when departing Japan, within 90 days of the purchase date. This procedure must be completed before checking in baggage. No refund will be issued if customs inspection is not completed.

◆ Customs inspection is conducted for each receipt. If even one item listed on a receipt is missing, all items on that receipt will be ineligible for a refund.

◆ Visitors who have stayed in Japan for more than 6 months from their date of entry are not eligible for tax-free shopping.
