Drive Your Heart to the Challenge

Society begins when people ‘move’ to other places and meet others. When people meet and learn from each other through movement, new cultures and new values are born. We call all areas related to this movement ‘mobility.’ We pursue the convenience, enjoyment, and value of mobility, and make it a part of the lives and activities of as many people as possible, and we are calling this the ‘Mobility Culture,’ and here lies one of our key missions — to create a richer and safer Mobility Culture within our society. Founded in 1961, we have been cultivating the Mobility Culture, promoting motorsports, and developing human resources. Based on the beliefvof Soichiro Honda, the founder of Honda Motor, that “Without competing in races, we won't be able to improve our cars.” the circuit opened in 1962 as Japan's first full-scale racing course. 60 years since its opening, Suzuka Circuit has constantly been improved, also adding facilities including the theme park following the concept of Takeo Fujisawa reflecting his belief that visitors themselves should enjoy driving. Todays, we are also aiming to contribute to the local economy through the development of products based on industry-academia-government partnerships and beneficial use of local traditions and materials. In Suzuka Circuit Park, we offer attractions for every age—from rides for aged 0 infants, to vehicles our young guests can steer and control themselves from age 3, and immersive motorsports experiences for adults. Also, you can relax at our natural hot spring with architecture and amenities crafted from Mie-grown wood and local specialties, dine on local and traditional authentic cuisine, and enjoy themed rooms or first commer-friendly family camp in Suzuka Circuit Hotel. We invite you to discover Mobility Culture and Central Japan here at Suzuka Circuit.
