Ashikaga Flower Park
A paradise of flowers and lights

Ashikaga Flower Park is a flower and light paradise located in the southern part of Tochigi Prefecture. 90 minutes by car from the metropolitan area, and 90 minutes to sightseeing spots such as Nikko, Kinugawa Onsen, and Ikaho Onsen, making it extremely convenient to access. In the garden of about 100,000 square meters, the year is divided into 8 stages, and you can enjoy the flowers that are the main characters of each season. The symbol of the garden is the 160-year-old large wisteria tree, which covers approximately 1,000 square meters. From mid-April to mid-May, when the wisteria are in full bloom, an event called "Fuji no Hana Monogatari" will be held, and the area will be lit up at night. Every year from mid-October to mid-February, the illumination "Light Flower Garden" is held. The grand scale of the illumination, which has been certified as one of Japan's top three illuminations, and the work with the motif of flowers expressed with light create a fantastic world.
