"ESHIKOTO" is the original brand of Ishidaya Nizaemon, which owns the sake brewery "Kokuryu Sake Brewery" in Fukui Prefecture. In Shimojoboji, Eiheiji Town, Fukui Prefecture, a complex facility "ESHIKOTO" has opened that conveys the culture of Hokuriku, centered on Fukui, centered on sake. "Eshi" in "Eshikoto" means "good" in ancient Japanese, and it is named as a base for conveying good culture. Also, when read backwards, it becomes "tokoshie" and means "eternity". Located along the Kuzuryu River, it is a tourist facility for adults where you can experience Fukui Prefecture's "eshikoto" from various aspects, such as food, sake, and traditional crafts, in beautiful nature.
