Fukui

Fukui prefecture borders the Sea of Japan in the Chubu region and is best known for its rocky cliffs, and incredible dinosaur museum, the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum.

In Fukui you can also find Eichien Ono Castle, Maruoka Castle, Eiheiji, a Soto Zen Buddhist temple, and even enjoy Seiko crab dishes - which can only be eating for two months out of the year!
