Yoshikawa Hojuen store and main building [registered tangible cultural property]

It is a late Edo period building that conveys the atmosphere of a post post, and is a registered tangible cultural property of the country. The front façade appears to be a two-story building with a ``Tsushi'' (an attic space on the front side of a townhouse with a low eave height), but the back of the large roof has a T-shaped roof with the east and west gables intersecting at right angles. . The design of the insect cage window remains on the front, and the projecting beams and other features are plastered over. Among the several Wakihonjin that existed in Kusatsu-juku, this one belongs to the Fujiya Yozaemon family.
