Roadside Station "Sakurajima" Hinoshima Megumikan

The restaurant run by the agricultural product processing group Sakurajima Shunsaikan is popular for its gentle flavors, with miso paste and dressings all handmade by local mothers. The store, with an exterior modeled after the shape of Sakurajima and an interior that makes extensive use of wood, has a variety of souvenirs, including Sakurajima daikon pickles, glaces made with Sakurajima small mandarins, and dressings.
