Gion Kagai Art Museum

The Gion Kagai Art Museum, located in Kyoto's Gion district, is a facility where visitors can learn about Kyoto's geisha culture through a permanent exhibition, watch dance performances by geisha and maiko, and even take commemorative photos with geiko performers. In addition to the permanent exhibition, there are other highlights such as a historical garden with a pond, tours of the Kaburenjo Hall, which is the venue for the Miyako Odori Festival held every April, a lantern display, an art bar, and others.
