An extraordinary space to stay in Japan's first prefecture-designated important tangible cultural property. Part of the Miki Family Residence, a prefecture-designated important tangible cultural property, and the former Tsujikawa Post Office, a nationally registered tangible cultural property, have been reconstructed as accommodation. It is said that the folklorist Kunio Yanagita was entrusted to the Miki family at the age of 11, and became absorbed in the books they had in their collection. In honor of this, the guest rooms are stocked with a wide range of books on Japanese nature, architecture, food, monsters, and more. A special experience surrounded by a 300-year-old building and a collection of books. An extraordinary time spent in a cozy space that has been renovated from that time. There are seven types of guest rooms, with a sense of history in every nook and cranny.
