National Rhododendron Park

Once you reach the top of Mt. Hachibuse, you'll find a rhododendron garden in full bloom, like a dream. Rhododendron Park is home to around 7,000 rhododendrons of around 50 different species, collected from 60 municipalities across Japan and overseas, making for a spectacular sight. It is said that around 53 species of rhododendron grow naturally in Japan, and most of them can be seen in Rhododendron Park. Enjoy a wonderful time in the park surrounded by rhododendron flowers.
