There are six types of eggs, including "Yumeou," a Grand Prix Hall of Fame egg-on-topping egg, and the fragrant "Yuzu egg." You can have as many refills as you like of eggs and Kyotango rice. Side dishes include fried chicken made in a way that is directly related to the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (gold award winner) and mackerel heshiko, a fermented food from the Sea of Japan coast.
