Tango Kinu Shio (Silk Salt)

This is the first directly managed store of "Tango Kinu Salt", which is made with seawater from Yuhigaura in Kyotango. In addition to natural salt cooked using the traditional flat-bottom method, they also sell miso and soy sauce made with their proud salt. Be sure to try out the salt-making experience, which is popular with children!
