Innami Festival

The Innami Festival, held every year in early October in Innami Town, Wakayama Prefecture, is an autumn festival representing the Kiinan region. The highlight of this festival is the "Owatari" where four floats and a portable shrine jump into the Innami River. The heroic spectacle attracts not only locals but also many tourists.
