Goshikihama Beach

Goshikihama, designated as an underwater park area, is a rocky area dotted with strangely shaped rocks that were eroded by waves over many years. It is said that the name comes from the beautiful, colorful pebbles that shine on the water's edge. 〇Geospot Goshikihama is home to wave-cut terraces formed by the waves eroding the andesite volcanic gravel and tuff layers. You can also see many potholes on the wave-cut terraces.
