Kenji Yanobe: Taro, the Cat and the Sun

"Yanobe Kenji: Taro, Cats and the Sun" offers a new visual experience in which the contemporary artist Yanobe Kenji resonates with the work of Okamoto Taro. Yanobe Kenji also exhibited his work "SUN CHILD" at the Okamoto Taro Memorial Museum in 2011, and this exhibition will unfold the epic story of "BIG CAT BANG". The appeal of this exhibition is that Yanobe Kenji's humorous yet profoundly message-filled works are fused with Okamoto Taro's bold artistic expression. In particular, the nine-meter-long "BIG CAT BANG" is exhibited in the air at GINZA SIX in Ginza, Tokyo, and its overwhelming scale and visual effects captivate visitors.
