Tsuchiya Sake Brewery is located in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, surrounded by mountains such as Yatsugatake and Mt. Asama, and blessed with abundant nature. With the desire to "brew truly local sake," they do not use any local pesticides and are particular about using rice grown in the high-quality soil of Saku. Their ginjo sake, born from a harmony of traditional brewing methods and new brewing techniques, was released as a pioneer in Nagano Prefecture and has been highly praised. Among them, "Kame no Umi" is a series brewed traditionally. It inherits the philosophy and traditions passed down from the founder, and is a well-balanced style with a harmony of aroma and flavor through quick brewing, and is available in a wide range of products from Junmai Daiginjo to Honjozo.
