This famous shop is known as the pioneer of Japan's third-wave coffee, and its excellent roasting techniques are highly praised. Many coffee shops have partnered with this store and request that they roast their coffee beans. They have four stores in Tokyo, and the "Laboratory" store offers a wide variety of hand-drip coffee, and also sells various types of coffee beans and drip bags. The drinks and coffee beans are of high quality but reasonably priced, and seasonal special drinks are also available every month.
